At SKCF, all donations, contributions, program fees, and payments made through our website or any other channels are non-refundable and non-transferable.
As a charitable organization, funds received are immediately allocated towards supporting our programs, including special education, therapy and rehabilitation services, community-based rehabilitation, advocacy, and assistive support for children with special needs.
All donations made to SKCF are voluntary and made with the understanding that no refunds will be provided, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Fees paid for therapies, training programs, workshops, or any SKCF-related services are strictly non-refundable, even if the participant withdraws, discontinues, or does not attend the program.
In case of a technical error resulting in duplicate payment, SKCF may review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Any decision made by SKCF in this regard shall be final.
